Grew up in Gladwin, and attended Gladwin High, Mid-Michigan Community College and Central Michigan University. Married to Jill and has 2 Children, Emily & Ryan. Has been in the insurance business since 1994 and a part of the Burkhart-Presidio Insurance team since 2018. Joe is an Employee Benefits Specialist, Licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty, Preferred Health Agent Midland Area Home Builders Association Members First Credit Union and Chairman of Midland Area Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, Member of National Association of Health Underwriters.
